We collect your name, address, and email address.  This information is collected so that we can send you your merchandise. We do not store credit card information.

Shipping Policy

I do not carry stock. Tiles are made upon receipt of an order. All orders are shipped between two and three weeks.  UPS is our carrier. Shipping charges are only an estimate at the time your order is placed. Additional charges may be incurred when shipped.

If the box or the tile is damaged during shipping, email me immediately so I can contact UPS. Please hold onto the box and all shipping materials until I am able to file a claim and speak to a UPS representative.

Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 48 hours of receipt of the order for replacement or refund. In the event of a replacement, you will need to return the item at your expense and Pumpkin will send the replacement and her expense. In the event of a refund, the tile will have to be returned before a refund can be issued.
